Configure the Guard
What the Guard app asks, captures, prints and refuses is set in EvTrack under Visitors > Settings > Guard App, and applies to every guard handset in the system. There is no per-location override: the only link between a guard device and a location is the fallback described on the Location page.
The settings page has six panels: General, Location, Access Control, ANPR, Temperature and Fields. Each panel saves on its own. The General panel is split over three pages below, and host approval, which is set on the shared Host Approval settings page, has a page of its own.
The app reads its settings when the officer logs in. After saving a change, the officer logs out of the app and logs in again before it reaches them.
