Use this journey when you already know the visitor and hold their details. You add them, invite them, and the visit is approved before the visitor receives their pass. The steps are the same from a phone, a tablet or a computer.

Choose this journey when the visitor has been before, or you hold their details and your site does not need them to accept the terms in advance. A visitor invited this way accepts the site’s terms at the kiosk on arrival, if the kiosk asks for them. For a first-time visitor, or when you do not have their details, use Journey: The Visitor Registers Themselves.
