Use this journey for a visitor who arrives without an invitation. Walk-in registration is switched on per kiosk configuration; where it is off, the kiosk only accepts visitors who already hold a pass.

| Host approval | Where configured, the host approves from their phone before the visitor is let in | Host Approval |
| At reception instead | A receptionist can register and check in a walk-in from the dashboard in one step | Check-in and Check-out |
