This page is for you if someone has invited you to a site that uses EvTrack. You do not need an account - only the email address your host used.

Before you travel

  • Keep the pass email. It holds your QR code. You can show it on your phone; if your site attaches a badge or a pass as a PDF, you can print that instead.
  • Bring the ID you registered with - a passport, national ID card or driving licence. Reception or the kiosk compares it with your pass.
  • If your host sends a site induction, complete it before the day. You may be asked to confirm you have.
  • Arrive inside your visit window. Your pass works from the start of the visit to its end (some sites allow a little earlier); it does not work outside it.

On arrival

At a kiosk

Choose to check in, scan the QR code from your email, and confirm your details. If the kiosk has an ID reader, it will ask for your ID document. Take the printed badge if the kiosk prints one; otherwise keep the pass on your phone.

At reception

Show your QR code or give your name, and show your ID. Reception checks you in and may give you a card; hand it back when you leave.

If your plans change

Ask your host to change or cancel the visit - you cannot change it yourself. If your site sends updated passes, a new email arrives with “UPDATED:” in its subject: use the newest one.

Registering yourself

If your host sent you a registration link instead of a pass, follow it, verify your email with the code sent to you, and complete the form - see Visitor Self-Registration. Your pass arrives once your visit is approved.
