When a group arrives or leaves together, change their visits in one go.
When you need this
A tour, a contractor crew, or the end-of-day check-out of everyone still shown on site.
- On the Visitors Dashboard, tick up to 50 visits.
- Choose the new status in Set Status…: Checked-in, On-Site, In Parking, Expecting or Checked-out (those your role allows). A status that needs the host’s approval is greyed out; check those visitors in one at a time.
- Confirm Status Change lists each visit with its current and new status and its visit window, and any visits that will not be changed. Click Confirm.
A bulk check-out returns any cards those visits hold to their pools when Automatically return visitor cards when a visit ends is on (the default). Make sure the cards are physically back first.
