Devices

EvTrack works with kiosks, handsets, access control hardware, cameras and intercoms, and with the access control system you may already have. This page lists them by the job they do, says how each one talks to EvTrack, and links to where it is set up. Devices are added under Configuration > Access Control Settings > Devices.

How a device talks to EvTrack

  • EvTrack connects to it. The EvTrack server must reach the device’s address on your network. With a hosted server, that means a route from the server to your site.
  • It connects to EvTrack. The device only needs to reach your EvTrack server.
