Registration links, verification codes and imports.

What you see	Likely cause	What to do
The visitor never got the registration email	A typo in the address, or a spam filter	Check the address and send it again; ask the visitor to check spam
The verification code does not arrive	A spam filter or a slow mail server	Use Resend Code (after 60 seconds)
“Code has expired”	The code is valid for 25 minutes by default	Request a new code
The photo will not upload	It is not a JPEG or PNG, or over 20 MB	Use a smaller JPEG or PNG; the camera option appears on secure (HTTPS) servers
A request from a location link reached nobody you expected	Location links go to the location’s managers	Check which link was sent - see Visitor Registration
You cannot find Add	You are on the Dashboard tab	Visitors in the sidebar, then the Visitors tab
The import file is refused	Not CSV, XLS, XLSX or ZIP, or over 50 MB	Save it as CSV or XLSX, or split it
Few columns were matched	Title rows or merged cells above the header	Keep one clean header row in row 1
Some rows were not imported	A required value is missing, or an email is malformed	Fix those rows; Import All Mode keeps rows with missing values as drafts - see Invite a List of Visitors
Imported visitors got no email	Imports email nobody	Each request is approved on the Registration list; the pass goes out then
